Terms of Business

1. About Us

PCP Missold Limited is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) to provide claims management services. Our FCA reference number is FRN 1037114.

2. Our Services

We offer representation, advice, and claims submission services relating to mis-sold car finance agreements. We will assess your case, gather information, and pursue compensation on your behalf with the relevant finance provider or lender.

3. Fees

Our services operate on a "No Win, No Fee" basis. If no compensation is awarded, you pay nothing. If successful, our fees are:

VAT (currently 20%) will be added where applicable. If your compensation is less than our fee, you will never pay more than the compensation received

You will pay the lower of the capped £ fee or the percentage. For example, if you were awarded £1499 our fees would be £420 (plus VAT) as this is less than 30% of £1499.

If your claim is not successful there will be no fees to pay.

4. Handling of Compensation/ Redress

PCP Missold Limited may receive compensation funds on your behalf. These funds are held in a segregated client money bank account, separate from our business funds, in accordance with FCA rules.

We will:

· Notify you upon receipt of funds

· Deduct agreed fees as per your contract

· Pay the balance to your nominated account within 2 working days

5. Cancellation Rights

You may cancel within 14 days without cost. After 14 days, you may still cancel without charge unless a compensation offer has been made.

6. Termination

You may terminate after 14 days, however If an offer of redress has been made, our fee will still be payable.

7. Complaints

You may complain by email (complaints@pcpmissold.co.uk), phone (Tel) or in writing to our office. letter, telephone or email. Your complaint will be investigated wherever possible by a person who was not directly involved in the subject matter of the complaint. We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 business days of receiving it and at that stage we will provide appropriate details of our ongoing complaints procedure. We are committed to resolving complaints fairly and promptly in accordance with FCA guidelines. However, if you cannot settle your complaint with us, you may be entitled to refer it to the Financial Ombudsman Service.
